1. 24/7 Online Support
We provide 24/7 online customer service to address your needs at any time. If you encounter issues such as:
- Not knowing how to operate the printer after receiving it;
- Facing functional problems or operational confusion during use;
Our support team will respond promptly and offer step-by-step guidance via phone call or video call. We will continue assisting you until the printer operates normally, ensuring you can resolve issues without unnecessary delays.
2. One-Year Warranty Service
All our printers come with a one-year warranty period starting from the date you receive the product. The warranty coverage and terms are as follows:
- Coverage Scope: For any non-human-caused issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, component failures under normal use) occurring within one year, we provide free repair or component replacement services.
- Out-of-Warranty Terms: After the one-year warranty period expires, if you need repairs or component replacements, you will only be required to cover the cost of the required accessories (no additional service fees will be charged).
Note: Damages caused by improper use (e.g., incorrect operation, lack of maintenance), accidental drops, liquid spills, or unauthorized disassembly/modification are not covered by the warranty.
3. Reserved Common Accessories
To further shorten the problem-solving cycle, we maintain a stock of common printer accessories in our warehouses (e.g., frequently used components like print heads, power adapters, and paper feed rollers). If your printer requires accessory replacement due to a warranty-covered issue or post-warranty needs, we can process your request immediately—reducing waiting time for accessory procurement and ensuring your printer is restored to use as soon as possible.
